Her focus on gaining insight and experience through action has given her a rich understanding of the dynamics and challenges of business, change and people. She has held roles in business development, talent development and senior HR, in fast-moving, culturally diverse and demanding environments where innovation, courage and pragmatism are essential.
Her experience has often been in entrepreneurial situations where new offers, businesses or teams have been created.
Jane creates deep trust and challenges individuals to define and express their own ways of doing and being, to influence business and organisational outcomes in sustainable and powerful ways.
Her coaching style is impactful in complex situations where executives need space to explore and challenge themselves to be the leader they want to be, as well as the leader they know their teams, their organisations and their stakeholders need.
